On November 1st, our website is now fully automated for online reservations. Another important change for our company is you. In the spirit of partnership in the travel business we will now be paying travel agent commissions on all reservations booked. You are an important link to the traveling public and we want to honor you and pay you for the service you provide.
To be eligible for commissions we ask that you register online. This registration process is a one time only situation. You are asked for your contact information and most importantly your agency ARC number. All reservations you book online for your clients are tracked by your ARC number. You will be able to see how many tickets you have booked for us and your commission due to you just by logging in and clicking on the SALES HISTORY REPORT. At the end of every month we will send you a commission check based on that report and confirmation that the passenger did indeed travel with us.
We will pay commissions at two different percentages based on volume of tickets sold. All reservations will be eligible for 5% commission. Once your agency reaches 10 tickets sold in a 12 month period each ticket booked after that will be paid a 10% commission. So go ahead log on to the agency registration page by clicking here
