Nancy B traveled on Jeff Manthe’s run on March 2nd. She already had to be bumped back a run because her plane was late. She wanted to let us know that Jeff went above and beyond and she was very impressed. She had home drop off in Sartell. When Jeff was dropping her off she realized she had grabbed the wrong keys. Jeff Trudged through the snow to help her find her “hidden” home key so she could get in her house. Nancy was so impressed with what he did to help her in the cold and dark! Thanks Jeff.
Just wanted to say I had an awesome first ride experience on my executive express shuttle this evening! Roads were horrible and my driver was awesome-I felt completely safe and comfortable!

Lisa took a phone call from a person who travels regularly from Baxter and just heard of Executive Express and was pleased with how many runs we had. She had been going with Lakes Express and had to wait at the airport for 3 hours. She is going to travel New Year’s Day with us.
My parents have used your shuttle from Alexandria to the MPLS. Airport several times over the years. They are 89 & 87, so it's very comforting to know they are in good hands with your company.
On Friday December 20th I dropped them off at the Perkins Restaurant in Alex at about 9:00 am and somehow your driver grabbed a large duffle bag from my Dodge Caravan that was not part of their lugguge. Note: I had a tag on the bag with my name and a couple of phone numbers, but one of the numbers was no longer in service.
Fortunately the mistake was discovered at the airport and the shuttle driver turned the bag over to Mr. Bill Howe, who subsequently made arrangements to have shuttle driver, Mr. Mark Anderson bring the duffle bag back to Alexandria.
Mark made contact with me and on Sunday December 22rd he drove to a gas station located on the north end of Alexandria and reunited me with my duffle bag.
I had several items in the duffle bag that I was very happy to get back, but it would not have happened without the help of Mr. Bill Howe and Mr. Mark Anderson. You have a couple of "Top Notch" guys working for you!
Mr. Howe even called me on Sunday evening, just to make sure that I connected with Mark and received the duffle bag. That's what I call "Extraordinary Service". Mark ventured out on a cold and wintery day to meet up with me to make sure that I had my duffle bag returned.
I just wanted to let you know that I'm very happy with your company and with your employees. My parents are returning from Denver on January 2nd, so I will again pick them up at the Perkins Restaurant and it's very comforting to know that they will be in your good hands.

Cecile Olson traveled with us in September. She stated her driver, Dan Marek, was an exceptional driver because he helped her with her luggage and even made sure her car started when he dropped her off. She thought he was very kind to her.
Tim, who drove me home on Tuesday, September 15th, is a great driver.

At the SJU/CSB Involvement Fair that Jim Staska attended, many students approached him to tell him that we were a not only a great service to them…but that our drivers provided great service to them! Keep up the outstanding work, drivers!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize your manager on duty tonight and Bob, my driver, for their willingness to go the extra mile. My flight tonight from Seattle was delayed by an hour and arrived at 8:53.
When I reported that there were expected delays earlier in the day, the manager indicated that the 10pm shuttle was not running tonight, so, I’d have to ride the 11:30. She instructed me to call as soon as I landed and we could check the status of the 9pm run.
Needless to say, she contacted the driver and they waited for me to reach the check in desk. (got there at 9:03).
I want you to know that I appreciate the way it was handled.
Thanks to the Executive Express team. As a frequent rider, I’ve come to know many of the drivers over the past six months, Tony, Jenetta, Doug, Jeff, Dennis, Mark and now Bob - a great crew!
